Because tofu is a fresh food product, we cannot accept returns once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at plantalife.info@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
